All information is compiled by us with the utmost care. In the case that inappropriate information should be published on our Internet presence, liability will only be assumed for gross negligence.
Annabel Lange, as the content provider for its own content, which we hold ready for use, is responsible according to general law. Links to content from other providers must be differentiated from our own content. Annabel Lange is responsible for this external content only when we have knowledge of (also illegal and punishable content) and it is technically possible and reasonable to avoid its use (§ 5 Para. 2 German Teleservices Act). The web pages, to which the links refer, can be made to make content changes after being checked by Annabel Lange. Only when Annabel Lange discovers or is made aware by others of a concrete offer, to which a link has been created, which demands a civil or criminal responsibility, will the link be removed, as far as this is technically and reasonably possible. The technical capability and reasonableness is not influenced by other servers being able to access the illegal or punishable content, even when Annabel Lange has removed the link.
